A 39-year-old woman gave birth to a child in the toilet of a shopping center in the city of Rymnik-Vilcha, put the child in a bag and left it in the parking lot.

The alarm was raised after the man went into the toilet and saw a large amount of blood both on the floor and on the walls.

“Policemen who went to the scene found that the reported cases are confirmed. During the initial checks, a newborn baby was found in a bag in the parking lot, showing vital signs. He was taken to the hospital to receive medical attention,” IPJ Vâlcea spokeswoman Loredana Sandu said as quoted by Agerpres.

The woman was identified shortly after she left the shopping center parking lot at the Drăgăşani exit and is currently being investigated by the police for criminal damage. a newborn, also clarified the representative of the Vilcha police.

The baby, a little boy weighing more than 3 kilograms, is in no danger and is being monitored by doctors.
