Following a methodical investigation carried out by the Corinth Security Department in cooperation with the Velos Vochas Police Department, seven cases of theft and attempted theft were discovered in the Velos Vochas municipality areas and in Corinth, Corinth.

In these cases, a 19-year-old citizen was arrested in the local community of the municipality of Velos Vochas, Corinthia, by police officers of the Corinthian Road Administration, against whom a case was opened in separate cases of theft and attempted theft, which also includes four citizens.

In particular, in the context of a thorough police investigation carried out by the Security Department of Corinth in cooperation with the Velos Vochas Police Department, using relevant and combined evidence, it turned out that the alleged perpetrators, between 02/26/2023 and 04/24/2023, in the areas of the municipality Velos Vochas and Corinth they committed a total of five thefts and two attempted thefts in homes and businesses.

As a result of their above-mentioned criminal activities, they seized, among other things, money and gold, the total value of which, according to their owners, exceeds 15,000 euros.

The vehicle was also seized as a means of committing criminal acts. The detainee has been duly taken into custody while the preliminary investigation is ongoing by the Corinthian security department.
