The two defendants were arrested on their own initiative on Palm Sunday.

The 33-year-old constable and the 33-year-old alleged drug supplier did not convince the investigator and the prosecutor and are sent to prison.

The comrades of the two detainees were released with a restrictive condition to report to their district police station twice a month, while the uncle of the constable and the 34-year-old special guard were released without conditions.

According to ERT, the 33-year-old alleged supplier said: “I owed money to a third party. Because I am a drug addict, I agreed to store and trade drugs in my house to pay off this man.”
