Former politician and television producer Dan Diaconescu appears in transcripts of prosecutors’ conversations with girls with whom he is accused of having sexual relations, since they were minors. Dan Diaconescu is asking for a “virgin girl,” according to a transcript obtained from court sources by Digi24 and attached to the file through which prosecutors sought his remand. In other transcripts, he asks another girl what grade she’s in, and she says she’s in 10th grade.

Dan Diaconescu is accused of committing four crimes in sexual relations with a minor and four more in the use of child prostitution, and all the acts take place in a long form. The police made the official announcement after discovering the image in a mobile phone seized in another criminal case for the crime of aggravated theft, Digi24.ro reports.

The prosecutor’s office seized several audio-video files allegedly featuring the former politician. From the documents presented in court, it follows that Dan Diaconescu was allegedly filmed by friends of prostitutes with a phone hidden on a shelf among stuffed animals.

Thus, in the transcripts attached to the file, Dan Diaconescu is interested in a “virgin” girl who he is told is “15 years old.”

• TA: He is about 16 years old in Techirghiol. I’m 16, how old is 17?
• DD: I know, but let’s get to know her first, shall we?
• TA: Well, come to my place tonight, let’s talk.
• DD: Well, can you bring her too?
• TA: I’m calling her.
• DD: Take the call. And call me back.
• TA: Okay, kiss, goodbye.
• DD: Do you have a photo of her? Get a photo too.
• TA: Yes, I have a photo.

Dan Diaconescu is under house arrest in this case.
