A 25-year-old man was arrested yesterday, Maundy Monday, in Acharnes by members of the Anti-Narcotics Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Service, who is accused of violating drug laws.
According to EL.AS, after checking the information about the person involved in the sale of narcotic substances, the identity of the accused was established, and his criminal activity was certified. During a police search of two of his homes in Acharnes, 23 pharmaceutical tablets and a sum of 2,000 euros were found and confiscated.
Another investigation followed in a bank vault rented by a 25-year-old man, where an amount of 100,055 euros was found and confiscated.
The detainee was taken to the Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Athens, and the investigation by EL.AS. continues.
