
The criminal prosecution of the footballer Boris Kleiman of PAE Volos was initiated by the prosecutor of the Athens District Court after the allegation of a minor being raped by a goalkeeper in a bar in the center of Athens.
The player has been charged with the following charges:
- Rape
- Insulting the sexual dignity of a minor
- Supply-storage of narcotic drugs for own use.
The detainee was handed over to the investigator.
Early in the morning on Good Tuesday, EL.AS employees handcuffed the footballer.
The incident took place at 02:00 on Skoufa street in Kolonaki. The 33-year-old athlete is accused of rape. Minor from Belgium and traveled to Greece as part of a school trip.
Together with the football player, they were taken to A.T. Syntagma and 8 Belgians who were in the company of a 17-year-old boy and fell in love with a football player. A folding knife 15 cm long was found in possession of an 18-year-old Belgian. He was also arrested, but was released on the oral order of the prosecutor.
The player was found to have 1.5 grams of heroin.
The girl is only 10 days old, 18 years old.
The custodian was in a private area of the store. He was accompanied by another player from Volos, who was not involved in the incident, but was excluded from the team.
The minor filed a lawsuit against the football player.
