During the identification, it was established that this is the same 38-year-old resident of Timisoara who recently removed the Ukrainian flag from an exhibition in the center of the city, and last year tried to set fire to the flags raised in front of the Timisoara City Hall.
The man said that he stole the flag because it was allegedly hung illegally.
