“You can pay attention to people’s health. It is not legal and all consumers should buy from organized stores,” he said.

Heyus also stated: We do not recommend Romanians to buy from individuals who advertise on Facebook, who are not authorized and do not have laboratories, kitchens that meet the minimum hygiene conditions established by Romanian law.

“I sell homemade baked goods, but maybe I do it through a garage, and then I sell it, and God forbid you wake up with salmonellosis or something, without registration and hygiene,” he explained.

An individual sold goods worth 44 million lei through platforms such as OLX. Heyush: I think this person is also a bit out of the loop

ANAF started checking various individuals who sold various goods through OLX, this action was started after the couriers entered the data through declaration 395.

“A person sold 44 million lei online and did not declare anything. It seems to me that the man is also a little out of the loop. How not to sell so much and declare nothing? It seems to me that you are breaking all the rules of common sense,” he said.

He reminded that Romanians who sold at least 500,000 lei will be checked.
