Actress Monica Odaghiu, known for her participation in the talent show and her role in the film “Team Building”, was involved in a car accident on Sunday afternoon in the central district of the capital. The car she was driving hit a 35-year-old pedestrian, the man could not be resuscitated, News.ro reports.

“On April 9 of this year, around 4:15 p.m., 112 received a report of a traffic accident on Știrbei Vodă Street. According to the first information, a 26-year-old woman was driving along Știrbei Vodă street from Calea Victoriei and in front of the STB Luterană station surprised and injured a 35-year-old man. As a result of the road accident, the death of the pedestrian was confirmed, preliminary resuscitation measures were carried out,” reports the traffic police team of the capital police.

Court sources confirmed to News.ro that the driver is actress Monica Odaghiu.

She was tested on a breathalyzer, the result was zero.

The police is conducting an investigation, establishing the reasons and conditions under which the traffic accident occurred.
