Driver’s licenses, license plates and vehicle permits are returned from M. Monday, April 10, 2023, by decision of the Minister of Citizens’ Protection. Takis Theodorikakuto facilitate the movement of citizens during the Easter holidays.

The decision applies to driving and traffic records that were deleted or turned over to the police before Sunday, April 9, 2023, solely for violations of:

– Article 34 of the COC. (stop and parking) and

– Part 3 of Article 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation (sign P40, stopping and parking are prohibited), from which the license plate and license plate will be withdrawn for 20 (twenty) days, in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 103 of the Code of Civil Procedure. as amended and by virtue of part 3 of Article 31 of Law 4530/2018.

Who is excluded?

Excluded and non-refundable are driving and vehicle traffic data relating to:

– Violation of the red traffic light

– Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances.

– Driving in an emergency lane (LEA)

– Offenses related to impeding the entry of persons with disabilities and parking in reserved or shared parking spaces for persons with disabilities

– Dangerous driving, driving to show skill, impress, compete or participate in impromptu races (cars, motorcycles, mopeds)

The condition for the return of the aforementioned driving and traffic data is the payment of an administrative fine.

It is noted that the enforcement of decisions issued by judicial or other bodies is applied normally, since they are not subject to the above procedure for return.
