
Three citizens aged 26, 23 and 20 were detained on Wednesday morning (4/4) in Marusi by the Immediate Action Police (DIAS group) for theft in complicity and violation of the law on weapons and addictive substances.
After a police check of the car in which the defendants were traveling, the following were found and seized:
- 2 rudders,
- 4 shift levers,
- 2 controls on the dashboard,
- car cup holder,
- armrest,
- knife,
- 4.6 gr. cocaine and
- many tools.
As a result of an investigation by the Amarusi Security Department, which was scheduled as a preliminary investigation, it turned out that some of the components found on the arrested persons were stolen products, while the investigation into the origin of the remaining components is ongoing.
The defendants were taken to the criminal prosecutor’s office of Athens.
