
A 66-year-old school bus driver who was driving without a license was arrested in Kalyvia following a traffic accident.
The man was seen transporting 40 students in a private school bus.
The audit found that his license had been revoked in the past in a previous audit, as he was arrested for drunk driving, dangerous driving, violence against employees, disorderly conduct and verbal abuse.

A 66-year-old citizen was arrested in a traffic jam today at noon (4-4-2023) in Kalyvia by police officers of the 2nd Road Directorate of South East Attica for driving without a driver’s license.
In particular, the aforementioned driver was seen outside the school complex in Kalyvia driving his own bus, which was carrying about 40 students.
During the inspection, it was found that a 66-year-old man was driving a car without a driver’s license, as they were seized from him earlier by the police of the Attic sub-registration of traffic, after committing an offense, which was confirmed from him and he was arrested for drunk driving , dangerous driving, violence against employees, disrespect and insults.
The bus then stopped, the students disembarked, and their return journey was paved by other buses.
Previously, a 66-year-old man had already been arrested for similar offenses.
The detainee will be taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
