Two women have been arrested in Iran after being attacked (a bucket of yogurt poured over their heads) for being uncovered. The perpetrator was also detained.

The incident took place in the city of Shandiz, the video shows a man attacking two women because they do not wear the obligatory hijab.

Several men intervened and chased the attacker out of the store. The attack also followed calls by the regime for men to stand up against rebel women who refuse to wear the hijab.

Mohammad Reza Shahrohi, Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s representative in Lorestan province, recently reiterated the hijab law, inciting further violence, calling on “revolutionary youth and clerics” to deal with “rule breakers”.
