Thus, if the origin of the goods cannot be proven, the fine is between 500 and 1,500 lei if the actions are carried out by individuals, and 20,000 – 30,000 lei if they are carried out by companies.

In a situation where, within 12 months after the last sanction of the act, a person commits a new offense of the same category, an additional sanction is also applied, which consists in suspending his activity, which consists of transportation, storage and/or sale, after the case, for 30 days.
If the economic activity is not permitted, the fine is from 500 lei to 1,500 lei if it is carried out by individuals, respectively 25,000 lei – 35,000 lei if it is carried out by legal entities.
