“The friendship between China and Russia has been strong for a long time,” Tan emphasized, assuring that relations between the two countries “are not aimed at confrontation” with anyone and “are not aimed at third parties.”

Under the “strategic leadership” of the two heads of state, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin, the comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation between China and Russia has “developed to a high level” and practical cooperation between the two militaries has “taken a new step” earlier, the spokesman said, quoted by EFE agency.
