For example, they fear that ChatGPT students will copy, and ChatGPT has no bibliographic support,” notes Mr. Anastasiades.

At the same time, the majority believes that developments in the field of artificial intelligence will create fewer jobs than they will destroy (45.9% of respondents said so). Far fewer (25.9%) believe they will create more jobs than they destroy.

However, in general, the spirit of the responses is negative towards artificial intelligence. For example, 22.3% said it would cause massive unemployment and uncontrolled social explosions, while 5.9% said it would result in us not having to work.

Of course, most believe that their profession will not be replaced by artificial intelligence applications until they retire. 45% answered that most likely not, and 38.8% are sure of it. Conversely, 14.4% believe that artificial intelligence is likely to replace the teaching profession, and 1.8% definitely.
