Actor Jeremy Renner gave his first interview since the accident in January in which he was seriously injured when he was crushed by a snowplow while trying to save his grandson. He told journalist Diana Sawyer that he “was awake every moment” when a seven-ton car crashed into him, writes CNN.

In an interview with journalist Diana Sawyer, the actor talks for the first time about the moment of the accident and the difficult recovery that followed.

When asked if he remembers the pain he felt when he was run over by a seven-ton snow plow, Renner said: “Yes, I remember everything, I was awake and I felt every moment.”

“I decided to survive”

Jeremy Renner recalls the emotional moments he spent with his grandson. In fact, the fire occurred when the actor tried to save his grandson from being hit by a car.

Renner says he would jump in again to save his nephew: “Yes, I would do it again because he was heading straight for my nephew.”

  • “I lost a lot of body and more bones because of the accident, but I refueled and filled with love again.
  • I decided to survive,” Renner said.

Actor Jeremy Renner, best known for his role as Hawkeye in Marvel’s The Avengers, was hospitalized in critical condition following an accident in early January. He underwent two operations for a chest injury and orthopedic injuries.

The actor became known to the general public in 2010, playing the role of an American soldier in the film “Miner for Evil”. He was also nominated for an Oscar for Ben Affleck’s The City.
