Tempe: Train Tragedy Apology Week

Possible Investigative-Level Events Could Occur This Week in Relation to the Rail Accident in Tempe.

Specifically, two stationmasters and an OCSE inspector will be acquitted on charges of felony disruption, murder, and causing bodily harm through serial negligence.

Tomorrow, Monday, March 27, he will walk past the doors of the Special Investigator of Appeal to apologize to Larisa’s hired stationmaster. According to what has become known, he will claim that his shift ended at 10:00 pm and left at 10:15 pm.

On Tuesday, March 28, the oldest head of the station, a permanent employee of the OGE, will apologize. This is a man whose shift ended at 23:00, but supposedly left earlier.

He will argue that even if he had been there until 11 o’clock, he could not have done anything to prevent the tragedy, since train 62 arrived at the Larisa station at 11.02 pm.

Finally, on Thursday, March 30, the UGB inspector will also appear before the investigator, whose apologies will be presented in an 80-page memorandum. The inspector is expected to issue a statement that he requested that there be two people per shift before 11 o’clock.

It is noted that new elements have been added to the case file, stemming from statements by trade union activists Hellenic Train and OSE, according to an ERT report.
