
Incidents between strangers and police officers took place at dawn today at the building of the Polytechnic Institute on Patision Street.
According to ELAS, at around 1:45 a.m., a group of people left the Polytechnic Institute on Paticion Street and began throwing stones at the police, while setting fire to garbage cans. Then the unknown returned to the premises of the Polytechnic University.
The same scene was repeated around 4 am, but this time the unidentified persons also attacked the policemen with Molotov cocktails.
There were no casualties as a result of the shelling, while, as it became known from ELAS, two people were delivered.
Finally, the movement of vehicles along Patision Street was stopped for a short time in order to clear the road surface of stones and objects and remove damaged garbage cans.
