
Immediate Action Police arrested a 41-year-old man in Kallithea for violating gun and drug laws Thursday morning (March 23).
According to EL.AS, police officers found 66 pieces of hydroponically grown cannabis seedlings and a homemade cigarette with raw hemp in the man’s car, which were confiscated.
During an investigation by police from the Anti-Narcotics Sub-Directorate of the Security Service of Attica, it was found that a 41-year-old man had set up and operated a cannabis seedling laboratory in an underground warehouse in Kallithea using a hydroponic cultivation method.
During the course of the investigation, the following were identified and seized:
- 316 sections of hemp seedlings,
- 2.7 grams of raw hemp
- 10 grams of processed cannabis,
- 100 rounds of combat rifle,
- car,
- electronic precision scale,
- mobile phone device and
- Complete laboratory equipment for hydroponic cannabis.
The detainee was taken to the prosecutor’s office.
