EOF declaration:
“Batch recall of 22J27A3 BREVIBLOC 10mg/mL (Solution for Infusion) due to leakage identified during internal review. This decision was made in order to strengthen the voluntary recall of the manufacturer.
Baxter Hellas EPE, as the holder of the marketing license for the product in Greece, must immediately contact its customers to withdraw it from the market. Revocation documents must be kept for at least five (5) years and brought to the attention of the EOF, if necessary.”
