The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs Romanian citizens who are in the French Republic, transiting or intending to travel, that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) has requested the cancellation of 30% of flights from Paris-Orly Airport and 20% of flights from Marseille-Provence Airport, starting on the evening of Sunday, March 19, 2023, and ending at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.

According to the MAE, the Air France company informs about the possible extension of the operation until March 23, 2023 in some airports of the French Republic in the context of the air traffic controllers’ strike. Thus, the latest delays and cancellations of flights are not excluded.

Air France plans to provide 95% of its flight schedule for these days, including long-haul flights and flights to/from Paris – Charles de Gaulle Airport.
