You have to make a lifestyle out of it. Just like you can’t start your day without coffee, exercise should be a part of your daily routine. When the goal is a quick result, the tendency is to give up if the effect is not immediately visible. You should think that you are doing sports for health. The results will be visible after some time, sooner or later.
