Complaints against all the perpetrators, the EfE company, as well as politicians who had the supervision of the Organization, were filed with the prosecutor’s office in order to investigate criminal liability in all directions.

With the petition, which was filed on behalf of one of the victims of the tragic incident in Tempi, an investigation is required of any physical or moral responsibility of those responsible for the actions or omissions, whether they are OSE leaders or political figures.

A petition, like others already filed, can become a means of bringing the case to Parliament.
