Dynamo wants to get rid of debts of millions of euros
At the beginning of March, debts to the credit union amounted to 7.4 million euros. The new plan envisages reducing this amount to 1.4 million euros, Prosport reports.
The category of unsecured owners, who under the current plan were supposed to receive all rights in 2024, were the most affected.
In order for the plan to be approved by the syndication judge, it must pass a vote at the general meeting of creditors.
In addition to the sums provided for in the rehabilitation plan, “Dynamo” has current debts in the amount of 1.3 million euros, which must be paid by the beginning of April in order not to risk bankruptcy.
