The Executive Committee of ADEDY, in accordance with the permission received from the General Council, decided to announce a 24-hour pan-Greek mobilization for Thursday, March 16th.
As ADEDY said in a statement, “By combining the voice of civil servants with the voice of private sector workers to demand a general strike:
- bring the real perpetrators of Tempe’s crime to the surface and hold those responsible accountable.
- stop the policy of privatization, commercialization and exploitation of public services with private economic criteria, stop treating the protection of work and life as a cost.”
Also in the same ad, ADEDY emphasizes: “Tempe’s crime will not be covered up. We demand the life we deserve, a life with modern rights, a better future for us and our children.”
