5) The right of appointment to the public sector is granted to a family member of the deceased up to the second degree of kinship. Persons admitted to the ICU and/or who have received a permanent disability of more than 50% are also eligible for appointment. If it is impossible to appoint them for health reasons, the right of appointment passes to the spouse or children, or to one of the parents or one of their brothers and sisters.

7) All boarding school students, as well as students who are children, spouses or persons who have entered into a cohabitation agreement, brothers, sisters and parents of deceased persons or persons who have received a permanent disability of more than 50%, are entitled to transfer during the current calendar year to the corresponding department of another higher educational institution (HEI).

8) All of the above students have priority accommodation in the student dormitories of their educational institutions and are provided with free meals during their studies.

9) At the national examinations in 2023, 2024, 2025 (regular and repeated), additional points will be applied for those on board, as well as for children, spouses or persons who have entered into a cohabitation agreement, brothers, sisters and parents of deceased persons or persons who have received a permanent disability by more than 50%.

10) The costs of hospitalization and rehabilitation of victims in materials and services, in all structures of the public and private sectors, as well as the costs of traveling to rehabilitation structures abroad are fully covered by EOPPY without any participation.

11) Relatives of victims, victims and passengers are provided with free personalized psychological assistance at home and at home through the network of psychiatric structures of the National Health Service, as well as by telephone through the Free National Psychological Service.
