On Thursday morning, several explosions occurred in the Holosiivsky district of Kyiv, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported in Telegram, writes the Kyiv Independent. Holosiivskyi district is located in the southwestern part of the city.

“Explosions in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital. All (emergency) services went to the scene. Read more,” he wrote.

Early in the morning on March 9, a strong explosion rang out in Kyiv, reports an independent journalist from Kyiv.

Previously, the military administration of the Kyiv region wrote that the air defense of the region is working.

The explosions occurred in the cities of Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi and Zhytomyr, as well as in the Kyiv, Poltava, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil regions against the backdrop of a massive Russian attack on the night of March 8-9.
