The Volos Medical Association has decided to revoke the anti-vaccination doctor’s lifetime license following complaints filed with the Association.

The decision of the Medical Association was unanimous, and this is the first time in the historical annals, in all the medical associations of the country, when the permission of a doctor to perform his duties is canceled forever, in a case that concerned a trade union. Corps of doctors of Magnesia since December 2021.

The Medical Association of Volos, with permanent meetings of the Disciplinary Board, has revoked the life license of a medical colleague and imposed a monetary fine on him, but the fine is subject to appeal until it has a deterrent effect.

The particular doctor, for whom two cases were reported, was under the control of the Disciplinary Department of the Volos Medical Association. The first complaint concerned his unscientific views on the covid-19 pandemic and vaccination after he allegedly took a cocktail of antibiotics, vitamins and aspirin. The second case, always on complaints, was that he encouraged patients to refuse hospital treatment. Again there was a named complaint from a resident of Volos that he had lost his wife on the advice of this doctor, with the result that when the woman was taken to the hospital for treatment, her condition was irreversible until she passed away.

In the meantime, the Volos Medical Association was receiving other complaints about the doctor’s methods, and therefore the decision to revoke the license to practice medicine was unanimous.
