The Union of Judges and Prosecutors, respecting the memory of the victims of the unimaginable tragedy in Tempe and the suffering of their loved ones, is watching with concern the political exploitation of this tragedy by the representatives of the political system and their attempt to make Independent Justice part of the problem.
We assure that the Greek bailiffs will carry out their duties in good faith, as they have done until today, strictly within the framework of their independent activities, with the prescribed procedures guaranteeing this independence, and within the limits determined by the Constitution and laws of the Hellenic Republic State.
