The Pharmaceutical Association of Attica (FSA) has announced the suspension of work for tomorrow, Wednesday (03/08/2023), from 11:00 to 15:00.
The FSA is participating in a strike due to the tragic incident in Tempi and is inviting pharmacists to attend the Association’s meeting at 12:30 at Klatmonos Square.
Accordingly, the Pharmaceutical Association of Thessaloniki (ΣΤΥ) is on strike from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm “in mourning over the unspeakable railway tragedy at Tempi. With this symbolic step, the pharmacists of Thessaloniki express their deep sorrow and support to the families of the victims and join the voice of all our fellow citizens with the request that such a tragedy never happen again.”
The Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association, as a sign of minimal respect for those who died in the Tempe tragedy and their families, supports the decisions of local pharmaceutical associations to participate in the national mourning in the way they have chosen and encourages pharmacists to take part in the mass.
It is noted that the population will be served by duty pharmacies during shutdown hours.
