However, at the age of 10, Bianca is completely dependent on her parents when she needs to move. The girl was born without a left femur and can walk only with the help of a prosthesis.

,,Very difficult! He is just a child! She would like to play with her classmates, but she can’t. It is difficult as a mother to witness the helplessness of your child. Bianka is sociable, quickly makes friends. However, he often asks me the following questions: Why was I born this way? Why am I not a normal child like everyone else my age? Although it is extremely difficult for my husband and I to deal with the emotional challenges that arise in this situation, we are trying to be strong for our child. We, as parents, are by her side and cheer her on all the time!” Genoveva, the girl’s mother, told us.

Just don’t be a parent when you know your little girl has trouble walking and her entire childhood is marred by a birth defect.

“We try to support her as much as we can. Her classmates treat her well because they have known her since kindergarten, are used to her health problems and do not consider it unusual. This does not happen when we walk down the street… Although they do not address us with words, the looks of passers-by always speak. It hurts me to know that my little girl is suffering,” Bianka’s father admitted to us.

However, the girl is a fighter and lives with the hope that one day the pain will pass and she too will be a normal child like her classmates. Bianca has undergone several operations so far. The last one should take place in May in a clinic in Turkey. With the help of a rather complex procedure, doctors are going to reconstruct his hip, and later lengthen the femur. Such an intervention would return her childhood to a 10-year-old girl who spent most of her life in hospitals. Times are hard for the Ifrim family because they cannot afford to pay the cost of the operation: 30,000 euros.

The father is the head of the maneuver in the CFR, and the mother does not work, she is forced to take care of Bianka. The Ifrim family cannot raise the amount needed to save their own child.
