According to forecast data from the National Observatory of Athens/meteo.gr, rains expected in the Ionian Islands, the western part of the mainland, the Peloponnese, the islands of the eastern Aegean, as well as in the rest of the mainland and from noon in the Cyclades and Crete.

Phenomena will locally intense and will be accompanied storms mainly in the west and in the Peloponnese. It exists chance of a small hail in the south of the Ionian Sea. Snow will fall in the northwestern mountains.

Today is expected to temporarily increase cloudiness with local rain. Sporadic storms will occur in the west, south and in the evening on the islands of the eastern Aegean. The effects in the west are likely to be locally strong. There will be temporary snowfalls in the northwestern mountains.

The wind will blow southwesterly from 4 to 6 on the Beaufort scale. In the afternoon in the west, they will turn west and weaken.

The temperature will not noticeably change. In the north, 15-16 degrees of heat is expected, in other regions – 17-18 degrees of heat.
