Dan Petrescu is looking to strengthen his attack ahead of the play-offs and according to GSP, former Manchester City and Galatasaray forward Joao Alves de Assis Silva, known as Jo, could arrive in Cluj this week.
According to Transfermarkt.com, the Brazilian, who has made 20 appearances and scored 5 goals for the Seleção, will soon turn 36 and retired in February after last playing for Saudi Arabia’s second division side Al- Jabalain”.
CFR Cluj plays on Monday at the Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe field and, in case of victory, can move into first place, ahead of Farul Constanta.
