24 hour announcement strike Wednesday, March 8, 2023, on all classes of ships departing from port of Piraeusdecided at today’s meeting Panhellenic Maritime Federation (PNO)in connection with the railway tragedy in Tempe.

Mobilization starts at 00.01 Wednesday morning until 24.00 the same day.

In a statement, the PNO states that “in the context of the strike mobilization of the workers of the country in connection with the national tragedy in Tempi, the decision was made to call a 24-hour Pan-Piraeus strike on all categories of ships …”, demanding a full clarification of all aspects of the conflict between the two trains and taking all measures necessary for safe land and sea transport and communications.
