Cristian Rizea, subject to international persecution, who was stripped of Moldovan citizenship by Ihor Dodon in November 2020 and subsequently rejected his request for political asylum, lost the case against the President of the Republic of Moldova, in which he requested the annulment of the decree applied when the request for political asylum was rejected . The Supreme Court of Justice found Christian Rizea’s appeal against the decisions made by the earlier courts to be inadmissible, and the decision is not subject to appeal.
