An expert chemist and two accountants have to collect a total of more than 90,000 lei.
According to the final decision issued by the Court of Appeal of Bucharest in the Hexi Pharma case, the three experts who provided expert opinions in the case will receive a total of more than 90,000 lei from the state for their expert opinions in the closed case. with the closure of criminal proceedings due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, News.ro reports
Thus, the chemical expert will receive a fee of 30,402 lei, and two accountants will receive 30,000 lei each from the fund of the Ministry of Justice.
Also, from the funds of the Ministry of Justice, the lawyer’s fee will be paid to the defendant SC Hexi Pharma CO SRL in the amount of 942 lei.
The substantive judgment handed down by the Court of Bucharest, the provisions of which were partially upheld by the Court of Appeal, provides that, as far as the State’s legal costs are concerned, the defendants must pay them. Thus, former CEO Flori Dinu and former production director Mihai Leva must each pay 23,000 lei in court costs, and Hexi Pharma must pay, according to the judgment of the Bucharest Court, which was upheld by the Bucharest Court of Appeal, 210,000 lei in state costs.

Instead, the court determined that 14 sanchas should receive compensation from the company accused of selling diluted disinfectants. Also, the court canceled the notification on the permission to use biocidal drugs manufactured by Hexi Pharma.
