The television project of Amy Sherman and Dan Palladino (“Gilmore Girls”, “Bolts”) comes out with a new cycle of episodes on April 14, 2023. The first three episodes will be shown together, while the rest will be shown weekly.

In last season’s finale, we followed stand-up comedian Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) as she struggled to rebuild her career and stardom after being dropped from singer Cy Baldwin’s tour. Shortly before the end credits, the heroine leaves the famous concert hall Carnegie Hall, ready to face any storm that will meet her on the way to a successful professional life. She herself feels ready to go forward and fight for glory.

In the new episodes, Midge is closer than ever to the success she’s dreamed of, only to find that “close” is still far away.

Brosnahan has received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, two Golden Globes, three SAG Awards, and two Critics Choice Awards. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel received a total of 20 Emmy Awards and 54 nominations in its first four seasons, including Outstanding Comedy Series.
