Colonow case: ex-judge in prison after apology

The path to prison was chosen after he apologized to the investigator in charge of the case of sexual abuse and exploitation of a 12-year-old girl by Kolonos, a 60-year-old former judge.

Filippos Dovas, accused of sexual acts with a minor for pay, is among the group of men identified by the 12-year-old in her latest statement to authorities.

The 60-year-old allegedly asserted before the bailiff what he said in his public statement once he was notified of the apology summons, denying that he had had sexual contact with a little girl. According to the former dental technician judge, his involvement in the case stemmed from “political rivals” and not from his illegal activities.

The defendant, who was taken into custody after his confession, allegedly claimed to have known the child in the neighborhood but had never had sexual relations with him.

Meanwhile, the main person involved in the case, temporarily detained for rape and pimping, Ilias Mikhos, received a March 6 deadline for making additional apologies requested by the investigator.
