The second season of the television adaptation of John Le Carré’s novelNight Administrator” is under development.
According to Deadline, the project has not yet received a green light from Amazon Prime Video and the BBC, for which it is intended.
What we know is that Tom Hiddleston returns to the role of Jonathan Pine. The actor plays a former member of the British Armed Forces who is recruited by the Foreign Office to infiltrate an illegal arms-trafficking organization.
Filming will begin later in 2023 in London and South America. Season 2 will be written by David Farr.
The first season was released in 2016, and since then there have been rumors about the continuation of the story. The series won two Emmy Awards in the Direction and Music Composition categories, and three Golden Globe Awards in the Performance categories.
