Her audition is over Eva Kylie and Mark Tarabella to the Court of Appeal following their appeal.

As the lawyer of Michalis Dimitrakopoulos mentioned some time ago in his statements to journalists, the decision in Ms Kylie’s case is expected on March 3rd.

Recall that after the decision of the pre-trial council on February 16 to extend Kylie’s pre-trial detention for two months, her lawyer Sven Marie filed an appeal. Mr. Tarabella’s lawyer did the same.

Finally, the Brussels prosecutor’s office confirmed that Kylie’s partner and European Parliament corruption defendant Francesco Giorgi was released on Monday from Saint-Gilles prison with an electronic bracelet.

F. Giorgi was arrested on December 9 and released by decision of the Pre-trial Council on February 23.
