The body of a hitherto unknown man was found while fighting a fire in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.

At about 02:45 am, the fire department received a report of a fire in the open area of ​​an abandoned gymnasium at 2 Feraow Street. Nine firefighters arrived at the scene in three water vehicles.

According to APE, the charred body of a man was found outside and under the stairs. The fire department is considering the possibility that he found temporary housing at the site, trying to start a fire to keep warm, but with a tragic end for him.
