Nick Kyrgios was injured early in the season and is yet to play in 2023, with the Australian announcing on Monday that he will miss two more major tournaments.
Nick Kyrgios will not participate in Indian Wells and Miami Open
Kyrgios is ranked 19th in the ATP rankings and is recovering from an injury he suffered earlier this year, a parameniscal cyst from a torn lateral meniscus in his left knee.
The 2022 Wimbledon finalist has been unable to meet the deadlines he had set after undergoing surgery and confirmed today that he will not be able to play in Indian Wells and the Miami Open (ATP Masters 1000 tournaments).
It remains to be seen if Nick will have time to recover before the clay season, which he usually avoids.
