
A batch of lemons from Turkey was withdrawn from sale in the Carrefour network due to exceeding the permissible values of pesticide residues, News.ro reports. Products can be returned by customers to stores until March 17.
“We inform you that during the selection of some samples, an excess of the permissible values of pesticide residues was found. As a result, it was decided to withdraw the following non-conforming batch of LĂMĀI – TURKEY, LOT: 75416,” the message reads.
