Rains are expected first in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace and gradually in the Ionian Sea, in the west of the mainland, as well as in areas of the rest of Northern Greece.
Sporadic storms will occur mainly in the northern Ionian Sea and in Epirus, where the events will be locally intense. Atmospheric conditions favor the gradual transfer of a significant amount of dust from Africa.

On the seas and in places in the Aegean Sea 8 Beaufort will be dominated by very strong south southeasterly winds up to 7 Beaufort. Intensified and sometimes stormy southerly winds are also expected in the ground parts (mainly mountainous and semi-mountainous) of western Greece, eastern Sterea, Evia and Thrace.
In Attica, increased cloud cover and a relatively high concentration of dust are expected at times. The wind will blow from the southeast with a force of 5-6 on the Beaufort scale, in some places in the east of 7 on the Beaufort scale. The wind will also increase in the mountainous and semi-mountainous parts of the prefecture. The temperature will fluctuate from 12 to 18-19 degrees.
Thessaloniki is expected to be cloudy with an increased chance of local showers in the afternoon. The concentration of African dust in the atmosphere will also increase. The wind will blow from the southeast with gusts up to 5 on the Beaufort scale. The air temperature will fluctuate from 11 to 18 degrees.
