Local residents called 112 and reported that during the day the bridge was destroyed, and at night the pipes from which it was formed disappeared, representatives of the company that built it contacted.
- “The bridge consisted of 6 pipes of 2.5 meters each, in two rows of pipes. There was dirt on top of the pipes, there were stones, people were driving cars. Yes, they stole the bridge.
- He took them with an excavator, on which he placed an advertisement for “Avtotechno” (the company that built the bridge – no), so as not to attract attention.
- He worked a long day, cleaned the soil, night came and took away the pipes.
- We also have personnel. The neighbors treated us very well. They saw the operation, they filmed it,” Dumitru Daskalou, a representative of the company that built the bridge, told News Bucovina. (Photo: Dreamstime.com)
