The Kivotos report to the Ombudsman originally described a mid-January visit by an 18-year-old boy to the Kivotos structure in Volos. Even more worrying is the beating of a minor boy, also 15 years old, who is being held in “Kivoto”. The report of the heads of the structure to the ombudsman states that the boy initially confidentially told the Kivotos employee that “I fear for my physical integrity”, and that at 11 pm on February 8 he was the victim of a beating by two strangers near the central building of the Ark in Kolonos .

In his testimony, A.T. Kolonou, a 15-year-old teenager, says that the perpetrators, while beating him, literally asked him: “Are you on the side of the Ark, father?” In mid-January, this minor issued a statement in which he stated that the 19-year-old youth, who accused Father Antonio of disobedience, “is a bad character, plays in the theater and therefore lies about his father.” In a letter from “Kivotos” to Advocate (dated February 15, 2023), there are still references to telephone calls from the heads of the former administration to employees of the structure.
