Mario Camora, a fighting message for the duel with Lazio in the Conference League

CFR Cluj lost the first leg of the UEFA Conference League play-off against Lazio (1-0), but the Romanian champions still hope to change the result on Thursday night in Gruja.

Mario Camora, the captain of the team coached by Dan Petrescu, sent a fighting message to encourage his colleagues ahead of the big game on Thursday night.

“We have confidence. We all want to qualify. We know it will be difficult. We will do everything to pass, we are sure. Any spare part that comes in is of great value. We are not quiet. We know what Lazio players are like.

Everyone is free to say what they want. They can say whatever they want from home. We don’t care what others say. “Lazio” is a strong team, fighting in the Champions League. Unfortunately, we lost there 0:1.

We have one more chance and we will fight until the last second. We are never happy when we lose.” – said Mario Camora, reports Digi Sport.

The Transylvanians may be lucky, given that Lazio have two uncertain starters for the game in Cluj.

Sergii Milinkovic-Savic and Mattia Dzaccagni were not present at training on Wednesday, both having various medical issues.

The match between CFR Cluj and Lazio will take place behind closed doors. All tickets are sold.
