“I cried for hours, I couldn’t come to my senses” – Testimonies of women who became victims of a pimping network

The revelations that emerge about her are shocking case of pimpingwhich pursued the anti-trafficking security department and led to eight arrests on Thursday.

“TO” reveals the testimony of two women caught in the “network” of pimps, who, turning to the investigating authorities, reveal in detail how the gang works.

Recall that seven citizens of Albania and one citizen of Egypt are accused of creating an escort office through the sexual exploitation of women from Latin America. According to police sources, they deceived their victims, who nonetheless came to the country to work as extradited persons.

“I felt bad after the first date”

The testimony of a 33-year-old woman from Spain, originally from Colombia, about what “K” reports to the public, presents the tactics followed by the “agency” and the methodology of action and exploitation of women.

She herself, a mother since the age of 20, in financial need to support three children and finance her studies, found through the WhatsApp application, as she notes in her testimony, a group that was looking for luxurious escorts in Athens.

After that, she said, she contacted a woman who “explained the job to her, that she would date men and either accompany them for food or drinks, or have sex with them and get paid for it.”

She then reveals the amounts the woman told her she would earn per week: “The money he told me I would make a week is about five thousand euros.”

In another part of her testimony, she notes that her “work profile” should properly display her face in the photos she submits. “Despite my fears and doubts about this particular job, I was forced to accept because I really needed the money,” the 33-year-old woman says in her testimony.

She then describes how her “collaboration” with the office began, how she would come to Greece, which office workers she would contact during her travels, how money would be transferred, and how their business would develop after each meeting:More precisely, one hour cost one hundred and forty euros, of which I kept seventy for myself, and either gave the rest to the driver who would take me to the reception, or left it at the reception of the hotel where I was. stay.

In her testimony, she reveals how she felt “shitAfter the first date: “I cried for hours and could not recover from what I had done, I felt terrible.” Detailing the “rules” set by the “office”: “They also told me that if I wanted time off, I had to let them know two days in advance. I worked from 11 am to 6 am the next day. During this time, the office had to know where I was all the time, not to leave the hotel and notify them of my every step. Because I was usually afraid, I didn’t move on my own at all. One day when I wanted to go to the supermarket, I texted them so they knew where I was.”

The woman emphasizes that when she started dating, she realized that she was lied to about money: “The amount of five thousand euros that they called me is not true. It was actually half of it.” And he adds that “he may have earned enough money, but half of it went to the office, and he found out about it when he arrived” in the village.

Her decision to continue working despite these initial findings was driven, she says in her testimony, by the need for money.

“Over the next few days, after I started work, I got sick and asked the office to take a vacation,” she is quoted below, describing the response of the first woman she met, who told her “that she didn’t have free time and that she will have to work even with a period.

“Also, another time after a date, a client wanted to use cocaine with me. I refused and asked the office to leave. But they told me that I had to sit, because I was paid for an hour, you can’t leave earlier, even if the client uses drugs, ”the woman notes in her testimony.

It also shows that any contact and communication with customers through personal numbers or social networks was prohibited because appointments were made exclusively through the office.

“During these ten days that I work, I made about thirty appointments, of which I gave half the money to the office, as a result of which there is not as much money as I was promised at the beginning,” he then notes. .

At the end of her testimony, she proceeded to identify a number of witnesses who were said to be involved.

“I felt fear”

Another woman, 42, originally from Brazil, who lived in Italy, briefly describes the same process as the 33-year-old before getting into the “network” of the ring.

She herself, divorced and looking for money, says that “through various WhatsApp groups I learned about working as a luxury escort in Greece.”

He reveals that he has never done the job before and since he “saw the money was good” he thought it was a good decision.

The 41-year-old woman’s description of the “rules” set by the office is similar to what the 33-year-old woman mentioned in her testimony. But the 42-year-old quickly realized that the money she would receive would be far less than she had been promised.

“I only signed up for one appointment and that was enough to make me feel like I couldn’t do the job. I felt very bad, I couldn’t cope with it at all and realized that I didn’t like it at all, ”he told the police.

The woman notes in her testimony, like the 33-year-old woman, that she considered the job legal in Greece: “They also told me I was entitled to a day off, but it’s not clear if they mean a week or a month.”

She then describes exactly what happened in client homes: “As for client homes, I was scared, but from the way the office worked and from what I heard from other friends, I thought it was safe. .”

However, she notes that she thought the meetings would take place at the hotel, but it turned out that this was not the case. “Besides, if the meeting was canceled due to my fault, I would have to pay the office, usually the amount that matched them, even if I had not been paid,” he adds.

After the first date, the 42-year-old realized that this job “didn’t suit her” and that she wanted to leave. She adds that she “knew there was a site that advertised all the women in the agency because they asked her to send nude photos.

“I saw my profile on the site and learned from you about everything that is written, and I wanted it to be deleted and not mentioned anywhere,” she notes, while claiming that she did not know that so much information would appear. on her profile, nor did she want her face to show.

She also testifies that during working hours she was not allowed to leave the hotel where the reception took place.

It is noted that representatives of the Colombian police, as well as the US Homeland Security Service, participated in the investigation of the authorities, which led to the arrests.
