U Craiova 1948 – FC Voluntari 2-1, 26th stage of the Super League

Vitalie Damaskan opened the scoring in the 24th minute, restarting play from the penalty area after Marcelo López’s superb cross from the right.

In the 55th minute, the score was equalized after several mistakes by Ilfoven’s defense. Bakhas scored again from Bauza’s pass, with a shot from inside the penalty area.

Oltenci returned the score six minutes later, when Adam Nemec sent the ball into his own goal after a corner kick by Bachassa.

With three victories in a row, “Krayova 1948” rises to the seventh position of the rating, having 33 points. If the Court of Arbitration for Sport had given them justice in the case of the lost points in the match with Sepsi, then the team coached by Nicolo Napoli would have reached the playoffs.

Voluntari FC remain in 12th place with 26 points after their fifth consecutive defeat.
